San Marcos Golf Resort
1 N San Marcos Pl
Chandler, AZ 85225-7870, United States

480.963.3358
This 18-hole course opened in 1913, so it is advertised as Arizona's oldest course. It features hundreds of mature trees, giving it a parkland flavor. The toughest holes on the course happen to be the two longest par 4s — the 482-yard 4th and the 454-yard 10th. Two lakes are in play on the 8th and 13th holes, while a canal bisects the 1st, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 18th holes.

id love to see this course come back, It has so much potential to be a great course.

The bankruptcy has affected the course conditions. Brown, hard dirt greens on five holes. The fairways are hardpan w tight lies for perfect drives. Plays hard and fast in the summer. Its a shame, San Marcos used to be a valley jewel.
