Ottumwa Country Club opened in 1900 with nine tree-lined holes and small greens designed by the Scottish-born Tom Bendelow. The second nine debuted in 1960 and features more elevation changes, more water, and larger greens. The practice range is augmented by a chipping green with sand, and a practice putting surface.

This is a private club; visitors are permitted only as guests of members.
