Located in the Catskills between the villages of Margaretville and Arkville, this 9-hole course opened in 1986 with a design by Don Josberger. The practice range includes 15 bays with artificial turf and additional places on grass. A 1,500 square-foot practice green is also available, seeded with the same Penncross bent-grass used on the 9-hole course's greens. A family-friendly 18-hole miniature golf course, a golf shop, and a BBQ restaurant are also on-site.

The standard walking rates are $10 on weekdays and $12 on weekends, but prepaid cards for use anytime are also available.
