Reminds me of a typical city course. Dirt is hard, most people don't fill divets on the green, people constantly hitting across your fairway. The course is easy so if you need a confidence booster, it's a great place to play, but except to mess up a couple of shots because you feel like you're hitting irons off concreate at times.

Small greens. Course conditions have improved dramatically over last two seasons from previous years.

For a public owned course, its really a great value. Staff is friendly (except they don't turn off the mowers when you are hitting but so what?). Great course if you are a beginner. I took my 12 year old first year player out to this course and we both enjoyed it.
