1-9 are improving, still have "Construction Rates" so you get what you pay for, the lay out will be really nice once the grass grows in! Greens are VERY WELL KEPT!!! Back 9 are decent and improving vastly! This is a fair course now, but it will be as good or better than Remuda, I think, once it's all grown in and finished. You won't like a lot of the grounds on 1-9, but it's worth playing to get an idea of what this course will be! I consider it my "Favorite" home course because of all the par 5's and 4's, only a few par 3's, and that is what I LIKE ABOUT IT!!! Great Driving Range and short game practice!!! You can't beat the hospitality, and they are really trying their best to improve the course, they added many bunkers, and improved cart paths and planted a plethera of new trees and are adding better drainage and such over the late fall, winter and early spring! Like I said, it needs to "Grow In" on the front 9, but it's vastly improved over a years time, enjoy it with the construction rates!

1-9 suck right now...I heard they had a problem with bugs so the grass is pretty nonexistent. More weeds than anything. 10-18 look decent. Employee gave us a free 9 since we didnt know the front was gonna be garbage
