Not bad. Punitive if you can't find the fairway on the interior holes...lots of moguls and small trees to interfere with recovery shots. Small greens. I actually really like the clubhouse. Cozy room with TVs, pool table, and cold beer. Great value.

Went to ride 18 on a Friday afternoon. They started us on the back, right in the middle of the groups that had already played the front. The ranger was sitting in the parking lot blocking the nearest open parking and couldn't take a hint. At the turn there was no one in the bar area to take an order. Our cart broke down, called the club house and waited on hold for too long. On the upside, the kids that brought the replacement cart got out there pretty quick. The cart girl was nice. The course was shabby especially considering all the rain. The cart path to 9 was blocked off, with no directions for for a detour. There is a little paved bridge on the cart path that seems like it has been broken for a decade. The $20 bucks seemed like a good deal at the time, now I understand why it was so cheap.
