Golfclub Matterhorn
Nikolaital
Randa, 22 3928, Switzerland

+41 27.967.7000
This true "alpine parkland" course (designed by Scotsman John Chilver-Stainer) opened in 1989 with six holes, then was expanded to nine in 1999. As the course name suggests, golfers can, indeed, see the famous Matterhorn from the course. The most famous water hazard is at the first hole, where golfers' tee shots must clear the Vispa River.

The club is located in Randa, near the town of Zermatt. Visitors with a valid golf handicap certificate are welcome; the standard walking rate is €56 / 95 SFr. Advance booking is very highly recommended.
