Architect David W. Pfaff has created something rather interesting here - a cliff-top seaside links-style course. While using the landscape's native grasses, natural sand dunes, and deep canyons, Pfaff also designed sod-faced bunkers and something of a wind-swept appearance to this layout. The standard layout is par-72, although the par-4 6th hole ("Yogi Berra") can also play as a 622-yard par-5.
