This course opened with nine holes on 1969; the second nine debuted in 1991 with a design in part by Michel Gayon. The somewhat hilly layout plays through thick stands of eucalyptus and filao trees. The course is located in L'Étang-Salé ("The Salty Pond"), on Réunion Island.

The 18-hole visitor walking rates are €48 on weekdays, €60 on weekends. Frequent-player, guest-of-member, and 9-hole rates are also available.
