Bear Slide Golf Club
6770 E 231st St
Cicero, IN 46034-9752, United States

317.984.3837
Bear Slide is a Dean Refram-designed course that opened in 1993, about 32 miles north of downtown Indianapolis. It is a fairly well-regarded course; GolfWeek magazine has ranked Bear Slide the #8 public course in Indiana. The first nine features a sort of prairie-dunes flavor, while the second nine includes more trees and elevation changes, with water scattered throughout. Five sets of tees stretch the course from 4,833 to 6,9898 yards.

The standard walking rates are $45 Mondays through Thursdays, then $55 on Fridays, weekends, and holidays (carts are $17/person). Junior, 9-hole, and sliding twilight rates are available, as are memberships. Groups and corporate events are also welcome with prior arrangement.

Excellent Course for the cost. Not as nice as some others in Central Indiana but almost half the price. Great Value.

Good solid public course. Nice variety of holes and the greens were in very good spring shape.
