Berrington Hall Golf & Country Club
St. Helens Rd
Rainford, 28 WA11 7PY, United Kingdom

+44.1744.885808
Formerly known as North West National, Berrington Hall is an 18 hole course set in 260 acres of quiet natural parkland with a heathland feel to parts of which native gorse grows throughout. Natural water features form part of the layout which brings wildlife to the forefront of this wonderful landscape.

Tight but fair well manicured and shaped fairways based on a well drained sand bed which should ensure all year round golf.

Visitors are welcome; the standard walking rates are £18 weekdays and £22 weekends.

Although winter tees and greens are in a great condition. Work being done around the course doesn’t interfere with play. All bodes well for the new season. Friendly and welcoming with competitive tee price.

For the price paid I was quite happy with this course, Clubhouse is not much but then I went here to play golf not sit and have a drink. Will go back next time i'm in the area.

a good track that loks a little unfinished and rough around the edges. Could be an excellent course with a little more care and money

I have played a lot of courses in this area, this is the worst. No club house, stone in the bunker, no sand in them, fairway with brick sticking out of them. There are a lot better courses around, play them.

Really enjoyed the course, it has so much potential. Some tough holes and the greens were fantastic considering it was the start of January.Would take shooting handicap around here every time.

Fantastic challenge if your serious about your game.....if not, carry on playing short courses and playing within yourself, pars a good score around here and when the winds blowing....be happy with bogey golf!
