Has much potential, but needs to be made better for "Average" golfer; been that way for the last few years now.
Fairways are way too short and greens are very fast. We like speedy greens, but when your 3' uphill putt misses, turns around and runs 15' off the green it's ridiculous for regular golfers; the 8 of us in early Nov. 2020 were very frustrated.

It's a very interesting golf course. Not easy, lots of interesting holes. Very well kept. Best practice area around.

While it is listed as a links course, don't miss the fairway as the grass is so tall and thick you will not find your golf ball. If you do find it good luck hitting it from where you found it.

Liked the course a great deal. Nicely designed and if you miss the fairways, it makes you pay. Greens were in great shape and pretty quick. Overall, VERY nice course.
