Mission Hills is actually a set of three resorts; this record covers the five courses at their Dongguan location. No data is given for the co-designers of the namesake courses on the resort's web site.

NORMAN COURSE (Greg Norman)
Many of the Great White Shark's designs reflect his appreciate of Australian Sand Belt courses, although this design contains much more lush vegetation , with 87 bunkers and a scattering of water hazards. This is a long course from the tips at 7,228 yards, including the 644-yard 14th. One interesting quirk of design here is that Norman has two consecutive par-5s at 7 and 8.

LEADBETTER COURSE: (David Leadbetter)
This gently rolling-and-tumbling course includes wide, reception fairways and some short par-4s, although 111 bunkers are in play. The course stretches from 5,165 to 7,117 yards.

OLAZÁBEL COURSE (José María Olazábal)
This design represents the first foray into golf architecture for the two-time Masters champion and includes a staggering 151 bunkers, narrow fairways, and a layout that was tough enough to host the Omega World Cup from 2007 until 2009. It will host the 2012 HSBC World Golf Championship.

ANNIKA COURSE (Annika Sörenstam)
As with the Olazábal course, this design credit is the first for the retired LPGA star. The course itself plays to 6,703 yards and has a moderate amount of water, with 139 bunkers along the way. This layout also has consecutive par-3s at 7 and 8, and consecutive par-5s at 13 and 14.

DUVAL COURSE (David Duval)
This course includes many water hazards and 139 bunkers, some of which are grass-faced.
