A hidden gem in Princeville on Kauai Island. Very scenic and a fun course. All holes are playable by any handicap player if you use the right tees.

The course is in beautiful shape, and the scenery of course is gorgeous. All of the renovations - new new fairway turf, greens, bunker sand are great. My only issue is that the greens were very slow. I got a good price through GolfNow Hawaii the week before leaving for Kauai - saved about 20 bucks. If had to pay the full $140, my value score would have been lower.

Played the Makai course a couple of years back and enjoyed it. Just got back from Kauai and the renovations were amazing! The course is in great shape with views that made it tough to concentrate on golf(as my score indicates). They are working on the clubhouse, so the amenities were lacking. But for $125 I would say it was a bargain. If they could just do something about the 30mph winds.
