We played off the yellow tees , way too far forward which created a very short course. Greens were great surface but putting rather slow. Fairways were tight and very bare. We played preferred lies to try to get some decent lies. Much much sand which when we played the course was well manicured if perhaps a bit soft and fluffy. Bunkers were absolutely infested with wasps which was a little off putting.
Having said all this we enjoyed the course but found it a little flattering. Staff were very very helpful and friendly and all practice facilities were open if a bit deserted!!

Played whilst staying here for a few days. Greens in good condition but rest of course needs watering. Bunkers need raking/shaping as balls tended to run across surface until up against lip instead of stopping.
Clubhouse building works have started again but long way off finished.
Driving range closed.
Course has potential to be great but looks like until finances aren't there yet.
