New owners have made improvements, but most sand traps are like ground under repair. To many large rocks. Had to replace my 52 degree wedge when I hit a rock in the trap and it blew out the edge of my club. Used the 52 degree due to lack of sand which causes sand wedge to bounce when it hits the hard packed dirt.
Also, more attention needs to be paid to the rest rooms on the course. Whoever is being paid to clean the restrooms needs better training.

still got some work to do on the fairways, but coming along. you wont find a better view from most of the holes.

Greens were near perfect and well paced.
At the time of play, some of the fariways were still waterlogged from overnight watering
