One of the more famous and notable courses in Arizona, Moon Valley Country Club was originally designed by Dick Wilson and later redesigned by Bob Cupp. The course plays from 5,278 yards to 7210 yards in length. Also here is a full practice facility and an 18-hole, par-3 course (the "MoonWalk"). MVCC has hosted many championship events, the most prominent being the LPGA Standard Register Ping Tournament, which was played here from 1987 through 2003.
