La Paloma Country Club is a 27-hole facility located above Tucson in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains, part of the 800-acre La Paloma luxury real estate development.
The course opened in 1984 with what are now the Ridge and Canyon nines, designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Hill 9, also designed by Nicklaus, debuted in 2008.

Course is challenging and the wind elevated that experience. On the day I played the greens were fast and not holding so approach shots were critical.
