This Jack Synder design opened in 1974 and is owned and operated by the City of Tempe. A lighted practice range and a restaurant are part of the facilities here.

Rates vary by season; the non-resident rates during the winter are $32 weekdays and $35 weekends (carts are $13). Resident, junior, senior, and 9-hole rates are lower. Tee-time reservation policies and instructions are posted on the course's web page.
