Peachtree Golf Club
4600 Peachtree Rd NE
Atlanta, GA 30319-2799, United States

This very attractive course and private club were founded by the legendary Bobby Jones in 1947, with Robert Trent Jones, Sr. heading the design. Not surprisingly, the course bears a lovely resemblance to another famous club Jones co-founded — Augusta National. True to the founder's appreciation of the amateur game, Peachtree hosted the 1989 Walker Cup matches, which were won by Great Britain & Ireland over the United States, 12½ to 11½.

Peachtree is usually ranked among the top 100 golf courses in the United States by various magazines. This is a very private club; visitors are permitted only as guests of members.
