Bloomingdale Golf Club is the result of the City of Bloomingdale purchasing the old Glendale Golf Course, which opened in 1924. The original course designer, Tom Bendelow, was also an integral participant in the design of Medinah Country Club.

The 18-hole non-resident walking rates are $35/weekdays and $40/weekends. Junior, senior, nine-hole, early-bird, twilight, and resident rates are all lower.
