Part of a group of seven Sun City West-branded courses, Grandview features water on seven holes and as many as eight bunkers on a single hole. With total yardage ranging from 5,598 to 6,775 yards, it can challenge even lower-handicap golfers, but provides four different tees on each hole to accommodate players of all skill levels.

During the winter season, tee-times for non-resident players are only offered for twilight and super-twilight times during the week starting at 2:00 p.m. MT and weekends all day. Summer season non-residents can book into any tee-time seven days a week.
