Arguably one of the oldest golf courses in Wisconsin (ca. 1922), Shawano Lake Golf Course (nicknamed "Shalagoco") is an 18-hole public-access course located about 30 miles northwest of Green Bay. It covers about 120 acres with somewhat small-ish greens and plays to 6,231 yards. The facility also contains an eight-tee practice range, a putting green, a bunker practice area, a restaurant, and a bar.
