Rainier Golf & Country Club
11133 Des Moines Memorial Dr
Seattle, WA 98168-1708, United States

206 242 2800
Rainier Golf and Country Club, founded in 1919, is a wonderful club for the entire family. Nestled in a traditional, private setting Rainier is conveniently accessible to members from throughout greater King County, and only 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport.

Rainier's extensive, thorough and scientific drainage and re-sodding program in the 90's helped Rainier set the region's standard for winter playability. Today, with adherence to rigorous maintenance standards, Rainier maintains its claim as the "driest course around".

Played a tournament here. Very well maintained private course. Old school challenging greens . . . very small, lots of slope, and very fast. Difficult course but fair. No gimmicks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent practice area. Only downside is it is in the landing/takeoff flight path for SeaTac.
