This is the Best Course in the Prescott area for fun and play at reasonable pricing. The North is harder, the South easier, but each with there own challenges! Greens are excellent, fairways good. Tee boxes need leveling and attention. Maintenance is poor to good, based on City Worker employment. These guys need some better supervision to clean-up and attend to cart path repair. They also need to quit wasting water on the wrong areas. No need to flood the dirt kart paths and ravines. Save the course with smart usage and keep the politicians out of management, they don't know how to manage grass any better than politics!

This course no longer exists.

Valley Grande (aka Pepper Tree) no longer exists. It was slated to be developed into a residential tract but the housing crunch resulted in its being abandoned. Hasn't been open for about three years. Doug (5-19-2010)
