The club dates to 1914, making it the second-oldest golf club in the state of Utah. The original nine-hole layout was designed by local golf enthusiasts, but club professional Ernie Schneiter, Sr. designed what are now the first nine holes of this 18-hole course in 1948. The course straddles Washington Boulevard, tunnel access is provided.
