Elevation changes - as much as 70 feet from tee to green on several holes - are the key feature here. Multiple tee boxes accommodate golfers of varying skill levels, allowing this Rees Jones design to play from 5,300 to 7,600 yards.

Formerly closed to the public, this country club, now operated by ClubCorp, now welcomes the public with advance tee-times. The club is located in a wooded area between Richmond and Williamsburg.

One of the top r courses I have ever played and I have played 15 of the top 100 courses in America
  Guns137 - 9/2/18
Hole 18 most challenging of all. We played a week after aeration so lots of missed pars and birdies. Other than that, it's a great course! Looking forward to going back after the greens have healed.

very nice course, great greens, and very challenging if you hit the ball offline.
  MCDavis - 8/9/13
A challenging run through a very hilly part of New Kent County. Course is very well laid into the natural terrain. Long fescue can present problems if fairways are missed.

A great course to play, but a little overpriced for the area. When a clubhouse is completed, the course could easily be a top 10 course.

Very nicely maintained course that hopes to be private soon. Very challenging layout. Not much water, but a lot of sand, woods, and many elevation changes.
