Despite this course's proximity to the North Sea, Duff House is a flattish parkland-style course originally designed by James Braid in 1910, although Alister Mackenzie redesigned the greens and other features between 1923 and 1924.
Visitors are welcome; the standard walking rates are £30/round or £40/day on weekdays, then £36/round or £50/day on weekends. (Two carts are available for elderly and infirm players at £20/round or £40/day.) Various specials are also listed on the club's web site.
