Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club
2601 Diamond Club Dr
Clermont, FL 34711, United States

352-243-0411
One of the most interesting features of Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club is the unbelievable changes in elevation throughout the golf course. With 190 feet of overall elevation change, and the highest elevation point on the course of 260 feet, Florida's Mountain Course provides magnificent views and a 7005 yard par 71 championship design. Golf Course architect Terrill LaGree, known for his work as original project manager/developer of Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida, has created yet another gem to add to his collection, but this time it is just a little closer to home. Water comes into play on seven of the eighteen holes and natural sands provide picturesque bunkering throughout the entire course. Five separate sets of tees make Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club in Clermont the perfect fit for any golfer.

Great scenery and the changing elevations are rare for this area. Will wear you out if you don't stay in the fairway. Greens had recently been punched so they were sandy overall a good time and very good value.

Outstanding golf course with beautiful scenery. Severe elevation changes. You need to place your shots in the right places or you will be hitting from the rough or worse. I plan to play here again.

Very nice course. If your visiting in the Clermont/Orlando area a must play. Severe elevation changes. Huge greens. Staff was very friendly plus they have new carts this year.

Like playing on the courses I used to play in Colorado in the foothills and the mountain courses.
a challenging course for the average player

Great place to play. need better carts but the shape of the course the view clearly makes up for that flaw.

No one to greet youand assist with clubs. Had to load the cart yourself. Same when you finish. Beautiful scenery, a lot of fun to play though. Being from S. Fla really enjoy the elevation changes.

For those of you who enjoy a links style course with gapping bunkers and lots of elevation change...this is an awesome golf course. It is a great golfing experience and he course is in excellent condition.

One of the few change in elevation courses in Florida. Second only to Bella Collina for difficulty.
Can play very long from the back tees. Well thought out layout. Accuracy is a must. Any wayward shot can turn a par into a double or worse.

Course is in great shape as long as you stay out of the bunkers & keep it in the fairway. Greens are rolling super!
