Hotel is run down but Golf North seems to be putting money into is. I cannot see it being up to speed until maybe early but more likely mid 2017. The course is pretty good condition for the hottest and driest time of summer. Layout is somewhere between blah and decent. It is an easier shorter course with not too many hazards...pretty wide open. More suited towards seniors, ladies, occasional golfers and heavy drinkers.
