Starts off boring but gets better by the 6th hole. Conditions were fair in early December - greens were somewhat slow. Would be a good value at under $50USd.

If it can be played for $50 or less I would do it again. It's an interesting track with fun elevation changes, putting surfaces and scenery..............that's destroyed by housing that is far too close and closes the views off and course in.

Scenery not as good as I expected, Course starts out a little slow back turns out to be very nice. I would recommend it to my friends.

Excellent course. Not my favorite of the ones we played this trip, but only because it's surrounded by homes and highways so that sort of spoiled the scenery aspect. But I take nothing away from the course. Great layout, fair and fun! Worth the trip to play.
