Aguila GC is the newest of the City of Phoenix's municipal golf courses and offers both a full 18-hole course and a nine-hole par-3 course, both designed by Gary Panks. The course is surrounded by South Mountain and also offers views of the downtown skyline.
Peak rates for non-cardholders (Jan 31 to Apr 10) are shown below; walking saves a $14/person cart fee from the $57 fee. Twilight and junior rates are lower, as are the rates during spring, summer, and fall.
The par-3 course here is 9 holes in length.

Phoenix Parks and Rec run course was in great shape with a diverse layout of holes...greens rolled true with very little break speed was average for time of year...tee boxes were flat and marked well....sand traps were thin but played compared to other courses...Course is worth the price of admission and for a parks department course was very impressed will return and play aagin

Overall, a very decent golf for the money. Greens are consistent with an above average pace 9.5-10 on the stint meter. Only seen beverage cart 1x in 2 rounds.
