Nice course, and really good deals can be had if you look for them. Greens are on the small side, don't undulate a lot, rolled at a medium pace and could use more water; I think I had one ballmark to fix all day.

The course is pretty flat but bumpy. Lots of treees but very little water came into play; a creek crosses about 5 holes and there are a couple of small ponds that aren't threatening. Bunkers were in good condition.

Overall course condition was good, mainly because there wasn't much traffic, even on a Saturday. The course is located on the grounds of CFB Borden and not many civilians consider playing it. I will return, for sure.
