Although the club dates to 1910, this 18-hole parkland-style course opened in 1968. Architect David Williams recently oversaw redesign and reconstruction of the greens to the USGA's tri-layer specification.
Visitors and societies are welcome with advance arrangement. The peak-season (April-September) rates are £30 Mondays through Thursdays, £35 Fridays, and £38 on Sundays (carts are £20).

very nice clean forgiving golf course layout of the 18 holes confusing though very easy to lose track which hole is where and what has been played but the condition of the coures more than made up for this
