This course is located on Great Cumbrae, an island in the Firth of Clyde, off the western coast of North Ayrshire. The course debuted in 1888, although prolific architect James Braid and George Duncan oversaw a redesign between 1912 and 1913.
Visitors are welcome, including on weekends. The standard walking rates are £24/round or £30/day on weekdasys, then £32/round or £38/day on weekends and public holidays. Junior and juvenile discounts are also offered.
