Played the Carrick last October and despite the terrible weather we had all year the course was in good condition, particularly the greens. The layout is first class and the clubhouse was excellent

This is an amazing golf course with scenery prone to distract you from your game.I am all for giving people a game but the so called players they are allowing on here have no idea what etiquette is. Example you will have to repair several pitch marks before making a putt.

Nice course. A good balance of an enjoyable course for high handicap, but soem real challenges for the better players

Only play this course after a prolonged dry spell preferably during mid summer. An absolute midden most other times. Greens are generally in good nick, its just the getting to them that lets this course badly down.

Great layout, beautiful setting and very friendly service. Course could be amazing if it was kept in better condition, very dissappointed with the condition of most of the greens, slightly spoiled a potentially brilliant golf course.

Tough course, good layout with lots of testing bunkers strategically placed. Greens not maitained too a high standard both visually and conditionally. Fairways and perimeters seemed to get more attention. Scenery fantastic. Club house expensive for food and drink. Not worth £125.00 per round rack rate OK if you can get a 4 ball deal at around £200.00 for the 4 ball.
