South Hills offers both traditional and modern golf course architecture. This 46-year old gem is one of the Commonwealth's best public layouts. The scenic 27-hole championship course is situated amid the beautiful rolling hills of southern Pennsylvania. The mature, tree-lined fairways offer a challenging and premier golf destination. Our West Course will remind players of Southern Style Courses, with water prominent on eight holes, including a breahtaking island green. With newly added gold tees, we now have 4 sets of tees to challenge all players of any level.

This place was busy and could have used some course direction. The starters (2) looked and acted like they were overwhelmed and had no idea what they were doing! Could not answer even a single question. Golfers were doing whatever they pleased. We even wound up playing wherever we could so that we didn't have to wait. Very chaotic!

Very interesting track. However, you should not be stacked two back on a tee with a course that has 3 nines. Poor course time management and no cart girls made it a long day.
