LSU Golf Course
Nicholson Dr
Baton Rouge, LA 70808, United States

225.578.3394
This facility includes an 18-hole course and a pitch & putt layout, owned and operated by Louisiana State University. However, the course is in danger of closing; the university is reviewing how they use this 127-acre parcel of land in their master plan. Among the possibilities being discussed are new parking lots for Tiger Stadium and a new library. University officials have refused to confirm their plans.

Access to the course is from Gourrier Avenue, west of Nicholson Drive. The public walking rates here are $18 on weekdays, $23 on weekends and holidays (carts are $14/person).

This course has updated information like phone, address, description or scorecard and is pending approval. These changes must be approved before they will be available on a SkyCaddie.

As an LSU student, I am very happy that the student green fee is only $16 (cart included Monday-Thursday).

They are closed until noon every Tuesday and Thursday for a senior tournament though.

It's a great place for the average golfer to play. It's open, which translates into forgiveness. If you miss the fairway you're most likely in a decent position to recover. Plus, it's a great value for your money.
