This facility opened in May of 2009 and welcomes visitors with advance tee-times. The Heacham and Ringstead Rivers run through the course, as do four lakes — one of which is in play at the signature par-3 7th hole. No range is here, although a 110-bay practice range is available at nearby Searles CC.

The standard walking rates are £23/round or £35/day on weekdays, then £28/round on weekends. Carts / buggies are £18/round or £25/day. Junior, county card-holder, twilight, and resort guest discounts are available, while various special offers are listed on the club's web site.
