This 9-hole course was developed and built in 1994, even in the midst of a tornado outbreak and flooding in Sutton. Architect Dean Glorso of International Golf Course Design did the layout of this course, which is co-owned between the City of Sutton and Sutton CRA. The course is located just off U.S. Highway 6 in Sutton, not terribly far from Interstate 80, Grand Island, and Hastings.

The 18-hole walking rates are $15 weekdays and $17 weekends, while the 9-hole rates are $10 and $12. Carts are $17 for 18 holes.
