Auburn Golf Course
29630 Green River Rd SE
Auburn, WA 98092-2501, United States

253 833 2350
This excellent 18-hole public course abuts the Green River in Auburn, about 25 miles southeast of downtown Seattle. Well known for its lush vegetation and challenging greens, the course is alternately flat (the front nine) and hilly (after the turn). It is widely regarded as one of the best golf values in the state, and is accordingly crowded on weekends.

The greens are ridiculously fast and every putt seems to break at least a little and some break off the table. I missed a putt by about a foot on the low side of the hole with great speed and it didn't stop until it was 30 feet from the hole. Just ridiculous! We are there to have fun and these greens were set up for the pro's. Very unforgiving and unfair for weekend golfers. PS; I played there on 4/1/2017 and it was a swamp! Between the greens being way to unfair and the very wet conditions last year I have seen enough. I won't be going back.
