Played the West course. Very challenging. Fairways were excellent while some greens are scared. Staff was great and helpful.

Really enjoyed this course. I played the East 18. Here's the deal, You can play golf here. What I mean is, its not too hard. You can miss what you are aiming at and still have a ball(in other words ball is not lost). I'm a 16 handicap and I played the the #2 tees(6700 yrds) and really enjoyed. Not easy. But not too tough. Fun. Fairways are big and plush. You can swing your big boy clubs(drivers, woods) and not worry about flying over a fence onto a street or into someones yard. Well, ok, I did push a nasty drive right on #9 and the ball disapeared into forest with a house behind it. But I actually deserved that based on that nasty swing. In general, fairways are wide with a healthy amount of rough on the side so if you do miss, you can still find and play your ball. The rough is very tough which, in my view is fair. If they give you plenty of fairway and you still miss it shouldnt be easy and here it isnt. But thats reasonable. I think the course overall is still a little more difficult then it needs to be but its way better then most. Its tough but fun compared to many courses built in the last 30 years that are too tough and not enough fun. The staff was great. Truly helpful and friendly. In the end, you can swing your big clubs, not be perfect, and still have your ball to hit with a decent, not easy, chance to hit the green. I would give this course a 5 but its still a little more difficult then it needs to be. But I really enjoyed PLAYING on this course because fundamentaly, they have the right idea here.

One of my fave Broward courses. Has two tracks, both equally nice. Great value. Smooth greens. Layout is challenging but not crazy difficult.

Nice track and greens were fast but pace of play was slow. Conditions were very good when we were there in November.

The course was in great shape and the greens were nice and fast.

There were groups of 5 all over the course. When I mentioned something to the ranger he just told me, that happens all the time and members like to play in large groups. Only problem was, they moved at a snails pace. For the money, the course was beat up, greens were slow, and there was patches of dirt all over the fairway. The people were nice, but the course wasn't worth the effort.

Played East course twice. First day pace of play was very slow. Second day very good. I'd play there again.
