The impressive and challenging course was built in 1987, designed by misters Adam & Fromanger, featuring a collection of interesting hurdles, natural water hazards with creeks at both the first and at the 18th hole.

Originally, the course was designed as a private playground for a select group of players, why a lot of attention to details throughout the course is evident. At the inception of the course, it has been singled out as one of the best courses in France.
