I don't know what to compare this to. A cow pasture?!?
The tee boxes were so dry and never watered, that at times I couldn't push my tee into the ground. The dry (concrete) fairways did allow for huge roll-outs. Why this course is not in pristine condition is beyond me, the course runs along the Welland and Niagara Rivers with a nearly endless supply of water.
I paid $10 to walk 18 holes, so I can't complain that much - you get what you pay for. Even playing on this course is far better than an afternoon at work.
