The notable turn-of-the-century Scottish pro Willie Park, Jr. designed this course, which opened in 1890. This inland parkland style course plays over rolling terrain in the Pentland Hills. A stream is in play on ten holes, while the course also has one of the more difficult par-3s in Scotland.

The course is located on the A701 / Edinburgh Road in the Milton Bridge district of Penicuik, south of Edinburgh. Visitors and societies are welcome, but advance booking is recommended.

Great wee course with some very challenging par 3's.

Lovely course although short very difficult you need to be accurate on the 3's because if you are off line there is a lot of trouble with trees thick rough and the burn which comes into play 18 times.
