This 36-hole facility, which is also the home of Atalaya Golf & Country Club, dates to 1968. The Atalaya Old Course was designed by former golf champion Bernard von Limburger, while the New Course is a 1990 Paul Krings design.

Part of yearly trip to Costa del sol.
Great course. Greens were fantastic, fast and true. Bit wayward off the tee which affected my score. Will definitely have another trip to this course.

The old course is typical of a parkland style course. Excellent holes, but in the summer months the grass is sitting on sand making life a bit difficult.The new course I have played and that is testing and improving as time passes.
