no sand in bunkers, hit off mesh cloth where sand was gone (90% of bunker). steep bunker banks toward green and lots of bunkers.

New ownership has done a great job. Can be a tough course where you can't hit driver off every tee.

I found the course to be very playable. Must play the course at least 3/4 times. Enjoyed the course.

Tough course from the tips for a average length <4 handicapper

Beautiful course. Would have been great if I played it before playing in the tournament. No one in the group knew the lay out, and caused scoring difficulties. Very well maintained.

Range balls are free but due for a replacement - bad. Course has almost no houses on it and is pretty challenging. Greens rolled great and most traps were nice - one was beachy. Some really fun holes that make you think on the tee box. Definitely in the rotation. The price was low and there were virtually no people on the course, on a (hot) Sunday morning
