While better than some, not as good as it might be. Tee Boxes were rock hard, getting a tee into the ground would have been marginally easier using a mallet. Fairways were hard; given the rain this year I can only guess what they were like in 2010. Overall, I enjoyed the game.

Great 9 hole venue, holes are well designed. The day I played it was windy (40kmh) so it played a lot tougher than I think it is. Ground is extremely hard, fairways and greens bounce and roll like a parking lot. I have to say though the greens are hard they were also very true rolling and fast as lightning. Price is right and the course is decent. They just need some kind of irrigation.
