Truth in advertising - this course affords views of the famous Devils Tower (Lakota: Matȟó Thípila ("Bear Lodge") or Ptehé Ǧí ("Brown Buffalo Horn") rock formation in Crook County in northeastern Wyoming. In fact, the course is the northeastern-most in the state. The course was designed by second-generation architect Rick Phelps and associate Kevin Atkinson, and opened in 1997.
