Canadian architect Doug Carrick designed this course, which features a blend of mountain and northwoods flavor - especially at the signature 6th hole, named "Cliffhanger." Attractive-but-challenging elevation changes are all over the course, which was ranked 22nd-best in all of Canada by ScoreGolf.
The summer daily rates with cart (minus lodging) are $109 weekdays and $129 on weekends and holidays. Twilight, junior, golf-without-dining, 9-hole, and shoulder-season discounts are available. A variety of multi-day specials and stay-and-play packages are offered on the club's web site.
The club also has a toll-free telephone number, 888.473.9965.

Scenery is spectacular, not far behind Banff, Jasper or Canmore. Course, IMO, is better than any of the Banff, Canmore corridor. This year, (2011) greens are excellent condition and true, but not quick by any stretch.

Without a doubt the best course in the Canadian Rockies, 11 or 12 holes could be Signature Holes on any other courses in Alberta or BC.

Stay and play (stayed at village resort) in August was $100...played 36 holes a day for that price...incredible! Every hole could be a signature hole. Would highly recommend this course to any golf lover...none better in the Rockies.

Love this course. Very challenging front nine, climbing for the first three holes, then plummeting back down with incredible hang–time on #4 tee. Many memorable holes on this outstanding track with wide landing areas off the tee and well-guarded greens. Greens were slow when we played in September but still ran true. A must play

Exceptional golf experience! Challenging layout, breathtaking scenery. Mountain golf at it's finest! This course is not to be missed if you are anywhere near it. Be sure to choose a reasonable tee colour because it can beat you up if you choose poorly. If you choose well it is very fair and extremely enjoyable!
